Ideal Requirements of Best Coating Facility

Spray Gun : Bullose 230, Pilot Type 59
Stand : For fixing spray gun
Air Compressor : With pressure gauge & air filters.Air pressure available should be 3-6 kg/cm²
Peristaltic Pump : Electrolab PP 201 V-with 4-6 mm ID silicon tube.This ensure uniform spray through out process
Weighing Balance : Solution to be kept on balance for calculating spray rate/min

Important Hints

¤ Provide gentle stirring to the coating solution during spraying to prevent settling of some heavy pigments present in the solution.
¤ While using PROCOAT WT (white), prepare the solution 24hrs.advance to get best whiteness.
¤ Some time greyish spots develops on tablet during coating due tofriction between pan and tablets.In such condition coat the internal surface of pan by the same solution, dry the pan and then load the tablet for coating.
¤ PROCOAT can be used in any coating machines such as Conventional Coating Pan, Autocoater (like Ganson, Neocoata, Accella Coata etc). & Fluid Bed Coater.
